Please read these Terms carefully before using, installing, downloading or accessing any of Zerrix Software's ("we" or "us") services or software.

These Terms shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim.
By accessing or using the Website or the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using, accessing or downloading the Website and/or the Software.
Our services are mainly utilized by organisations (including businesses and schools), by purchasing or accessing the Software on behalf of an organisation you confirm you are an authorised representative of that organisation.
If you break any of these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Website and/or the Software without notice.
Zerrix Software warrants that it has and will use reasonable efforts to ensure:

ZERRIX SOFTWARE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR ANY OF ITS FEATURES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE OR THAT ANY ERROR OR THEIR CONSEQUENCES CAN BE CORRECTED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OWNERS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
USE OF THIS SOFTWARE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
The Software is licensed, not sold. At no time does a purchase confer title or ownership in the Software. Unless otherwise agreed, the Software is for business commerical use only.
When you purchase the Software, you are purchasing a license to access the Software to use with a single, valid licenced Google Workspace domain for a period of 365 days from the date of purchase. Using the Software on other domains requires the purchase of additional licenses, whether these additional licenses are tied into one product key is based solely on our discretion. When your license expires you will need to purchase another via our website to continue to use the Software.
You may edit or transfer the domain you've purchased a license for within 31 days of purchase by emailing 'support@zerrix.com' with your order ID. After this time, transferring a domain is not possible and a seperate license would need to be purchased.
BY USING THE SOFTWARE YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE FORBIDDEN TO:
TO SELL, COPY, TRANSLATE, PUBLISH, REDISTRIBUTE THE SOFTWARE IN ANY WAY.
TO REVERSE ENGINEER, DECOMPILE OR OTHERWISE MODIFY THE SOFTWARE OR ITS SOURCE CODE IN ANY WAY WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT FROM US.
TO USE THE SOFTWARE ON ANY DOMAIN OTHER THAN THE ONE(S) SPECIFIED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.
TO USE THE SOFTWARE FOR ANY ILLEGAL OR IMMORAL PURPOSE.
TO GAIN UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO THE SOFTWARE, DEVICES, SERVERS, NETWORKS, THE APIS OR ANY THIRD PARTY SERVICES CONNECTED TO THE SOFTWARE.
We offer a trial license of the Software, this trial license allows you to try all features of the Software for free, without any implied commitment. When you sign up for a trial we create a record on our system, we may use the information you provide to reach out for feedback, further information can be found in our privacy policy.
You may only have one trial license every 180 days. A trial license is valid for one Google Workspace domain only. For example 'zerrix.com'. It is not permitted for you to have more then one trial license for any domain within a 180 day period, unless agreed in writing by us.
Unless otherwise stated, the trial license is valid for 30 days. After this time, you will need to purchase a full license to continue to use the Software.
If you are not happy with your purchase, write to us at 'support@zerrix.com' with your order ID to request a refund within 31 days of purchase. Refund requests submitted past this period will not be granted.
Use of the Software requires the purchase of a license or a valid trial license, the cost of this license is displayed on our website. If payment is canceled or fails, even after a product key has been issued, your license will be revoked, without notice, and you will no longer be able to use the software until full payment is received.
We reserve the right to change the price of the Software at any time, without giving any notice, although we may choose to do so. We also reserve the right to change the pricing model of the software at any time.
We may offer discounts when you buy multiple licenses for the Software. This is reviewed on a case by case basis, you can use the contact form on our website or email 'contact@zerrix.com' for more information.
The Software uses third party API's supplied by Google to function, the future cost of these APIs are not controlled by us. As such any cost incurred from these APIs when using the Software is your responsibility. We will not be held liable for any costs or damages caused by the use of third party APIs.
The Software requires third party API's to be in working order for the Software to function. We do not make any guarantees that these API's will be available at all times and we do not control, maintenance, downtime, breakages or deprecation of these API's.
To comply with third party API's terms, we may need to make changes without notice to the software, removing or changing features as necessary, or suspending the application as a whole to ensure compliance. The API's we use are outlined in the user guide and 'readme' that is downloaded with the software.
The content on this Website and in the Software, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Zerrix Software Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute the content without our prior written consent.
Zerrix Software Limited, the Website or the Software is in no way affiliated, endorsed or sponsored by Google LLC, Google Workspace or any other Google product or company.
We use may third-party trademarks on the Website and in the Software solely to describe the products and services of their respective owners, all trademarks belong to their respective owners. Zerrix Software Limited is not affiliated with these third parties, and we do not sponsor or endorse their products or services.
When necessary we will release updates for the Software, these may include important security fixes, feature updates or other improvements.
Occasionally, we may release an update that contains important security fixes, to ensure a secure experience we may make the installation of these updates mandatory. Meaning you would need to update to the latest version of the Software to continue using it.
We will try to ensure these updates cause the least amount of inconvenience and if needed, any downtime is scheduled out of normal UK working hours. However, we make no guarantees updates will not cause disruption, nor do we guarantee updates will not break or remove unintended features or cause additional bugs.
While we want to support and improve our products for as long as possible, there may come a time where we need to stop releasing updates for a product, these products will be marked as 'End of Life' and will no longer receive updates. We will give at least 90 days notice before a product is marked as 'End of Life'.
Zerrix reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time without notice. By using the Website and the Software, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.
